CONDITION: The handle has slight wear that is difficult to see. This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Doulton around 1900. Saucer is 5 ¼ inches in diameter and the cup is 1 ¾ inches high. It is artist signed by E. The fine bone china is hand painted with cobalt blue medallions framed in gold and bands of colorful flowers.
The rims , outside of the cup and handle are accented with gold. FOR OUR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US. The Post Office requires this.
