Antique Royal Doulton Lambeth The Bather Glazed Stoneware Nude Figurine RARE
This is a very rare Art Nouveau figurine. Introduced in 1928, John Broad's stylish stoneware statuette, "The Bather, " was created at Royal Doulton's Lambeth Studio. The Art Nouveau Style beauty is shown crouching atop an orb with a lizard at one side -- all mounted atop 4 frog feet. She has a floral garland in her brownish red hair. It appears there is a tiny bit of stoneware off of her hand. The item "Antique Royal Doulton Lambeth The Bather Glazed Stoneware Nude Figurine RARE" is in sale since Thursday, April 11, 2019.
